About Tibetan Terriers |
Tibetan Terriers (often called TTs) are sometimes called a "large dog in a small dog's body," because they have a personality that is more like some of the larger breeds as opposed to what might be expected from their size. They love to play, are very athletic and agile, but at the same time, they can be calm and "laid back." They are not related to other terrier breeds, but are called terriers because breeds of this size were often classified as terriers in England where the dogs were first introduced to the Western World. Tibetan Terriers are loving companions, and excellent family dogs. But don't just take my word for it. Look around on our site, and learn more! You can also click on the AKC or Tibetan Terrier Club of America links on this page for their information on this wonderful breed. |
